Hey howdy fronters!
I was in the lounge today, prior to heading to town, talking on the dog and bone (phone for my yankee friends!) when the men from the recycling truck came around on their collection. I have to say that I have never seen such a good looking crew of bin men in my entire life! Three of the five strong team where stunners of the higest order, great looking strong young men in their prime. For just a couple of moments I wished i was an empty bottle or last weeks newspaper so I could feel their strong hands around me, caressing me, holding me, that is, until the tossed me in the back of the truck!
Once in town, I got my new electric sonic toothbrush today, I couldn't resist trying out as soon as I got home and my mouth feels fresher than an eskimo's garden! I know it's only a small step, but it's a step towards a new me.

I think over the festive period and perhaps a little bit before, I kinda let myself go a little! I put on weight, I'm not a rather plump 11.5 stone which means I'm now size 36 waist which is way too big! I used to be size 30 and a nice slim svelt 9 stone, so I have to go on a diet, I have to loose a stone and a half at least. I need to get this spare tyre around my gut off and away.
So, from now on, sweets and chocolates are the odd little luxury that I can afford but once a week as opposed to every day as they have been recently. Deserts will be fruit rather than cakes and dinner and lunch will be healthy rather than fatty and cholestrol filled foods. A new me is about to be reborn, well hopefully. But why is it that all the stuff that's so bad for you tastes so good?
Walking thr streets, as I was, shopping away, I noticed that there was a lot of nice looking people about. The hunky young lad unloading a lorry outside the kosha grocers. The spritly middle aged man talking on his mobile outside Boots could have been my ideal olda man, if only he played my game. That teenage youth hangout by the pound shop had such white teeth, darkish olive skin and the most amazing pale blue eyes. he could have walked out of that discount store strainght into the pages of GQ! And how about the hunk shopping in Tesco, looking at the samlon, he was a dish that I'd love to have eatten! Yes, today was a day for the god looking people to be on the streets. Everywhere I turned that were nice looking fellas and a few fair looking ladies too. It was as if the ugly police where maintaining a curfuw, all the uglies and the not so good looking people had to stay at home, while us good looking folks went about our daily business. Oh if only that were true... but how come, I can still go out on the ugly days too????
Oh just before I pop off, I just wanna say a brief hello to Matty and Simon, two funky fellas who emailed in to tell of their enjoyment of the Sex & The Sea Front!. Thanks guys, glad you enjoy my updates, my site, my life! if you do, please feel free to email - sexandtheseafront@yahoo.co.uk or use the comment button below, or even text 07914 107077.
